What you'll be doing:

* You'll be designing and delivering engaging Maths lessons, with a primary focus on Key Stage 5 (A-level Pure Maths, Mechanics, Statistics), ensuring high-quality teaching and learning.

* As KS5 Lead, you will contribute significantly to curriculum planning, assessment strategies, and student intervention for the A-level curriculum.

What we're looking for:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a specialism in Mathematics.

* Proven experience teaching engaging and highly effective Maths lessons at Key Stage 5, with strong Key Stage 4 experience.

* Prior experience in a leadership or coordination role at KS5, or demonstrable readiness to lead this key stage.

* A deep and current understanding of the A-level Maths curriculum and excellent pedagogical skills.

* Strong communication skills, effective classroom management, and a genuine passion for inspiring mathematical fluency.
