Are you a Product Design Engineer with a background in designing plastics products looking to join a company that will support your drive to shape the future of innovative, market-leading products?

Are you ready to step into a senior position where you'll mentor a junior team member and enjoy the benefits of hybrid working, including two days from home?

In this role, you'll use SolidWorks to produce precise technical drawings that support the development and enhancement of innovative, market-leading plastic products used around the world. You'll also mentor a junior designer, providing one-on-one guidance, reviewing their work, and offering constructive feedback. This position offers a clear path for growth, including opportunities for management development and manufacturing-specific training.

The Role:

Creating technical drawings for new and old products
Use SolidWorks to produce drawings
Mentoring a junior by checking their drawings and giving guidance
Training on management and manufacturing specifics
Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 5am Friday 8:30 - 3:30 (37.5hrs), hybrid x2 days from homeThe Person:
