Job Title: CNC Miller Setter/Operator

Shift: 6am – 4.30pm (Mon – Wed), 6am – 3.30pm (Thurs) - Plenty of overtime available

Rate: £14 - £16 per hour

We are looking for a skilled CNC Miller Setter/Operator to take responsibility for programming, setting up, and operating CNC milling machines equipped with Fanuc or Mazak controls. You will be expected to produce high-precision components, interpret technical drawings, and ensure high-quality standards are met at all stages of production.

The Job

* Set up, and operate CNC milling machines with Fanuc or Mazak controls to produce high-precision parts.

* Perform tool changes, adjustments, and machine setup to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.

* Conduct first-off and in-process inspections to ensure parts meet required tolerances and quality standards.

Requirements

* Read technical drawings

* Extensive experience in milling is essential

* Strong problem-solving skills

* Strong communication skills

* Strong organisational skills – forward thinking approach

* Team player

* Computer-literate
