We’re on the lookout for a Maintenance and Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our team at a dynamic manufacturing site. If you're a hands-on, forward-thinking engineer with a passion for improving plant reliability and performance — we’d love to hear from you!

Maintenance & Continuous Improvements Engineer  Essential Requirements:
Time-served Mechanical Engineer
HNC in Mechanical Engineering
A good background in manufacturing and plant maintenance
Proven experience implementing modern maintenance techniques such as preventative and predictive methods

Maintenance & Continuous Improvements Engineer  Highly Desirable:
Minimum 5 years’ Maintenance Management experience
Working knowledge of Electrical & Control systems, including PLC
Familiarity with best practices such as OEE, MTTR, MTBF
Solid understanding of Continuous Improvement (CI), manufacturing process improvement, and waste elimination
