Key Responsibilities:
Supervising and coordinating the activities of site engineers and site workers
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Overseeing the day-to-day operations on site, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget
Managing the logistics and resources required for the smooth running of the site
Communicating with stakeholders, including the operations director, to ensure project alignment
Coordinating with other departments to ensure project milestones are achieved
Providing regular progress reports and updates
Job Requirements:
Experience in highway construction and/or project management
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations
Ability to effectively communicate with a range of stakeholders
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Willingness to be based around Leicester and work on various projects in the Midlands
Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field
