* Lead root cause investigations to eliminate breakdowns, waste, and inefficiencies.

* Drive performance improvements using a disciplined, data-driven approach.

* Implement smart maintenance strategies.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to boost quality, safety, and reliability.

* Use real-time data to guide decisions and deliver measurable results.

? What You’ll Bring:

* Degree or HNC in Engineering.

* Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced manufacturing business.

* Proven track record in process improvement and lean methodologies.

* Strong analytical mindset and hands-on troubleshooting skills.
