My client are a leading energy solution provider that are looking to onboard an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a 40MW solar farm project due to break ground imminently. This is a pivotal on-site role, requiring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proven ability to take projects from inception through to energisation.

Role Responsibilities:
• Oversee all site activities and ensure smooth progress from mobilisation to energisation.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables with precision.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Report regularly to senior management and project stakeholders.
• Drive the project team toward timely, efficient, and successful completion.

Key Requirements:
• Prior PM experience on Solar Farm projects of 20MW and higher
• Demonstrable track record of managing large-scale solar farm projects from start to completion.
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to coordinate all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Proven ability to work closely with contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver on time and on budget.
• Commitment to full on-site presence (this is not a hybrid position).
