Are you a passionate and motivated Modern Foreign Languages teacher with the ability to teach both French and German? Teaching Personnel is working with a dynamic secondary school in the Daventry area seeking to appoint an enthusiastic MFL teacher who can inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons in French and German to students of all abilities.
Set high expectations to ensure all learners reach their academic potential.
Use a variety of assessment methods to track and support student progress.
Plan and implement well-structured lessons that reflect curriculum standards and individual needs.
Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment that supports the development of the whole child.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
A degree in a relevant subject.
Ability to teach ‘good’ or ‘outstanding’ lessons in French and German.
A track record of improving student outcomes and fostering a love of languages.
A reflective practitioner who is passionate about continuous improvement and student success.
