Our client a London based Cladding Contractor currently seek an experience Cladder to Bolster their site team on a Premier Inn Hotel refurbishment in Liverpool, Merseyside.

The work itself is fitting a top hat rail system and external Brick Slip Slips

It is essential that you hold a blue CSCS card and can provide recent work references that demonstrate a solid working background.

Responsibilities

* Install cladding systems on buildings, ensuring proper alignment and secure attachment.

* Read and interpret schematics to accurately execute installation plans.

* Utilise hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment for fabrication and installation tasks.

* Perform heavy lifting as required during the installation process.

* Collaborate with other trades such as carpentry, plumbing, and masonry to ensure seamless integration of cladding with other building elements.

* Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

* Conduct routine inspections of installed cladding to ensure durability and performance.

Experience

* Proven experience in construction or a related field is essential.

* Familiarity with roofing systems and techniques is advantageous.

* Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and fabrication processes.

* Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively.

* Experience in carpentry, plumbing, or masonry will be considered a valuable asset.

* Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.

This is an immediate start for the right candidate and will be at least 12 weeks work
