Key Responsibilities
* Providing administrative support across departments
* Handling inbound and outbound emails and phone calls
* Liaising with key clients in a professional and timely manner
* Accurately inputting and maintaining data
* Assisting with tasks related to sales or purchasing
* Dealing with client queries and resolving issues quickly and effectively
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Previous experience in an administrative or client support role
* Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to think on your feet and handle multiple tasks
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general PC use
* Experience in sales or purchasing is desirable
* A professional and customer-focused approach

Working Hours:
* Tuesday: 08:30 – 14:30
* Wednesday: 08:30 – 14:30
* Thursday: 08:30 – 16:30
