The Role: Sales Manager

We are seeking a Sales Manager with a strong engineering background to drive growth beyond our traditional customer base, which includes high-profile clients such as CAT and JCB. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to play a key role in business development and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and secure new business in targeted sectors outside the current customer base

Build strong client relationships and deliver tailored engineering solutions

Promote the company's capabilities in laser cutting, fabrication, welding, CNC machining, and robotic welding

Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets

Target Sectors:

Agricultural Machinery

Quarrying & Mining Equipment

MOD / Defence

Heavy Machinery

Rail / Rolling Stock

Lifting Equipment (Cranes, Hoists)

Logging Machinery

Truck & Trailer Manufacturing

Government Contracts / Tenders

The Ideal Candidate:

Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar Sales or Business Development role within a relevant engineering/manufacturing environment

Proven track record in growing client bases and delivering sales targets

Strong technical knowledge of mild steel fabrication and associated processes

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Highly self-motivated and driven by results
