Job Title: Senior Stock Control Admin
Location: Sunbury-on-Thames
Salary: £28,018.06 per annum (£14.36 per hour)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
Overview:
Streamline Recruitment are currently seeking a confident and experienced Senior Stock Control Admin to join our client’s busy warehouse operation based in Sunbury-on-Thames. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate stock control, smooth inbound goods processing, and effective communication between warehouse management, operations staff, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee daily stock control and Goods In administration activities.
*
Liaise with the Warehouse Management Team, operations staff, and customers regarding deliveries, discrepancies, and stock levels.
*
Check, verify, and record all incoming goods documentation accurately in internal systems.
*
Produce and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel and Word.
*
Support the management team with stock investigations and process improvements.
*
Assist in training and supporting new team members within the admin and stock functions.
*
Ensure compliance with company procedures and maintain high accuracy in all reporting.
Requirements:
*
Previous experience within a Stock Control or Goods In administrative role (preferably within a logistics or warehouse environment).
*
Strong communication skills and confidence when liaising with both internal teams and external customers.
*
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
*
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
*
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new systems and processes.
