Freelance Site Manager - Leisure Centre Refurb | Bristol | 19th June

The Role:
The client is after a Site Manager to step in and lead a live leisure centre refurbishment in Bristol. They need someone who can hit the ground running and keep things on track through to completion in late November.

The Project:
• £2m-pound leisure centre refurbishment
• Phased internal works already underway (some areas stripped out)
• Live environment - so coordination is key
• Strong subcontractor base in place

Must-Have:
• Proven experience as a Site Manager managing internal refurbs, ideally in live environments
• SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid (obviously)
• Own laptop & mobile (iPad won't cut it!)
• Ideally within 1hr commute of Bristol- no overnight stays required

Nice-to-Have:
• Leisure/fitness centre or live environment (occupied premises) refurb experience
• Comfortable being the lead on site - dealing with subcontractors, programme, safety, and client updates
