Simply Education is seeking Tutors in the local area to support schools with their pupils who require extra support. The tuition can be for intervention, 121 support, children with needs within a school setting, as well as home provisions. The majority of the needs will be face to face, however there can be occassions where there will be some online requirements too.

Key Responsibilities:

* Individualised support: Provide one-on-one and small group tutoring to student(s)
* Behaviour management: Implement and maintain effective behaviour management strategies
* Adaptable teaching: Tailor teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
* Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure a cohesive support system
* Progress monitoring: Track and report on student progress, adjusting strategies as needed.

Requirements:
* Resilience: Ability to stay calm and composed in challenging situations
* Behaviour management: Proven skills in managing and improving student behaviour
* SEN awareness: Strong understanding of Special Educational Needs and effective support strategies
* Experience: Previous experience working with SEN students in an educational setting is preferred
* Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust methods and approaches based on individual student needs.
