Location: Solihull, West Midlands
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible supply
Salary: £90 - £130 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate / Ongoing

Aspire People are seeking enthusiastic, confident, and reliable Cover Supervisors to work across a range of secondary schools in the Solihull area. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced classroom staff looking to gain valuable school-based experience and make a real difference in local education.

About the Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

Supervise classes during the short-term absence of the class teacher.

Deliver pre-set work and ensure a positive learning environment.

Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.

Support students in staying engaged and on task.

Provide feedback to teaching staff as required.

No formal teaching qualifications are required - just the ability to communicate effectively, build rapport with students, and maintain a calm and professional presence in the classroom.

What We're Looking For

A confident and adaptable individual with strong classroom management skills.

Experience working with young people (in education, youth work, coaching, or similar) is advantageous.

A degree or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential.

A genuine passion for education and helping young people succeed.
