Job Title: Recycling Operative
Location: Honeybourne, Evesham (WR11)
Salary: £12.21 per hour

* 6:00am – 2:00pm

GMP Recruitment is excited to partner with a well-established manufacturing company based in Honeybourne, Evesham (WR11) to recruit several Recycling Operatives. This is a temporary-to-permanent position offering excellent career progression and full training. Start immediately and join a growing team!

Shift Patterns:

* 6:00am – 2:00pm

* 7:00am – 4:00pm

* 2:00pm – 10:00pm

About the Role:
We are looking for motivated individuals to support waste processing and recycling operations. You’ll work in a clean, organised environment with no heavy lifting involved, sorting and separating recyclable materials to support environmental sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Sort and separate recyclable materials from general waste

* Operate basic machinery and equipment safely (training provided)

* Maintain a clean and safe working environment

* Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily performance targets

* Follow all health and safety guidelines on site

* Report issues or hazards to the supervisor immediately

* Reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic individuals

* Ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail

* Willingness to work any of the three rotating shifts

* Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced environment

* Must drive due to location

* No previous experience required – full training provided
