JOB DESCRIPTION:

Caretaker required in Leyland for an immediate start. Our client is looking for a caretaker/cleaner to join the team on a static site. This caretaker role will initially be on a contract basis. MUST have an enhanced DBS.

HOURS

6am - 8:45am AND 3pm - 7pm

Monday to Friday

Daily responsibilities will include:

* Cleaning, opening and locking the building, liaising with contractors

* Maintenance experience
