We're working with a highly regarded law firm in Warwick that is seeking a skilled Private Client Legal Secretary to join their busy and supportive Wills, Trusts, and Probate team.
The Role:
You’ll be supporting experienced fee earners on a range of private client matters, including wills, probate, powers of attorney, and estate administration. Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to fee earners
Prepare and amend legal documents and correspondence
Manage diaries, book appointments, and handle client queries
Maintain client files, both electronic and paper-based
Assist with billing and file opening/closing procedures About You:
Previous experience as a Legal Secretary (ideally in Private Client, though other legal areas will be considered)
Strong typing and document production skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
A professional, client-focused approach
Confident using Microsoft Office and legal case management systems What’s on Offer:
