Sales Manager – Used Car Dealership
Location: Retford, Nottinghamshire
Salary: £32,000–£35,000 + bonus (OTE £70,000) + company car
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with some Saturday working required

What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing and motivating a team of Sales Executives to hit and exceed sales targets

Leading from the front by closing deals and delivering excellent customer service
*
Overseeing day-to-day dealership operations to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process
*
Driving new business opportunities and building strong local partnerships
*
Monitoring performance metrics and maintaining high service levels across the team
What We’re Looking For in a Sales Manager:

Proven experience in used car sales, with a strong understanding of the industry

Previous team leadership or management experience preferred

Outgoing, confident personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
