A vibrant KS1 primary classroom in Salford requires a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to support pupils' learning and development.

Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 or small group support for pupils

Assist in delivering phonics, literacy, and numeracy lessons

Support inclusion for SEND pupils

Promote positive behaviour and wellbeing

Work alongside the class teacher to monitor progress

Requirements:

Level 2 qualification or relevant school experience

Understanding of KS1 curriculum and pedagogy

Strong communication skills and flexibility
