Skills & Qualities Required:

Experience working with children, preferably in a SEN or educational setting.

Knowledge of SEN strategies and the ability to implement them effectively.

Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.

Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to different school environments.

Flexible, proactive, and committed to supporting children’s development.
Qualifications:

Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent) are desirable.
