We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to support children with Special Educational Needs in a variety of school settings. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children while gaining valuable experience across different schools.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting individual students or small groups with their learning and personal development.

Assisting with classroom management and implementing tailored learning plans.

Helping students develop social, emotional, and behavioural skills.

Monitoring and recording student progress and reporting to teachers.

Encouraging independence and confidence in all aspects of school life.

Skills & Qualities Required:

Experience working with children, preferably in a SEN or educational setting.

Knowledge of SEN strategies and the ability to implement them effectively.

Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.

*

Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to different school environments.

*

Flexible, proactive, and committed to supporting children’s development.

Qualifications:

*

Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent) are desirable.
