Restaurant Manager - What you’ll be doing:

Leading, motivating, and developing a small team to deliver excellent service

Managing day-to-day operations with a hands-on approach

Driving sales and achieving KPIs and targets

Overseeing financial controls, P&L management, and budgets

*

Ensuring compliance with brand standards and company policies

Previous management experience within a branded hospitality environment

Strong understanding of financial performance, P&L, and KPI management
