Building Surveyor - Central London Office

An outstanding consultancy are seeking an experienced and chartered Building Surveyor to join their team. The ideal Building Surveyor will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role and will be looking to join a really progressive company with a great pipeline of work.

Projects Involved in:

* Internal and external refurbishments – CA role, spec, sow and tender packs, generally run under the JCT suite of contracts.

* Defect diagnosis/ pathology and report writing.

* Condition surveys and reports.

* Capex and PPM reports.

* Reinstatement projects following floods and fires.

* Works quality monitoring roles.

* Party wall instructions.

* Dilapidations instructions.

* Various surveys and inspections.

* Principal Designers roles.

* Insurance valuations (Cost Reinstatement)

* Bespoke instructions consisting of a blend of the above

Duties:

* Writing schedules of work.

* Writing specifications.

* Producing tender packages.

* Tender processes, analysis and reports.

* Producing and executing contracts.

* Contract Administration.

* Writing capex and PPM reports.

* Defect diagnosis.

* Pathology.

* Construction technology.

* Building Regulations.

* Fire safety.

* Party Wall.

* Dilapidations.

* Cost Reinstatement.

* CDM

* Principal Designer
