Job Title: Programme Leader

Location: Boston

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £30,326 to £32,656 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week

Role Overview:

Our client is seeking a dedicated Programme Leader to join their team at the Boston education centre. The Programme Leader will play a crucial role in planning and implementing a high-quality curriculum to ensure learners are prepared for their future endeavours, they will be working on the Study Programme provision. We are working with a leading organization committed to providing education, housing, justice, and health and wellbeing services to individuals in need. They believe in supporting people to succeed and creating lasting change through empowerment and advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment to ensure excellent outcomes for all learners.

Offer appropriate support, advice, and guidance to learners throughout their program.

Provide effective line management to program staff, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities and providing necessary support and development.

Develop and maintain an engaging learning environment in collaboration with the Head of Curriculum and Engagement.

Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement an innovative and responsive curriculum.

Ensure effective delivery of the curriculum using various teaching and learning strategies, technologies, and resources.
Essential/Desirable Criteria:

Knowledge and experience of quality and regulatory frameworks, including Ofsted's Education Inspection Framework.

Significant experience in delivering teaching, learning, and assessment in the Further Education and Skills sector and line management experience. (ESSENTIAL)

QTS, PGCE, or DET L5 equivalent teaching qualification. (ESSENTIAL)

Ideally, possess an IQA assessor qualification.

Strong understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures, with an emphasis on ensuring the safety and wellbeing of learners.

Enhanced DBS clearance - Adult & Child barred list.

English and mathematics qualifications at level 2 or above.
