Are you a confident and experienced Credit Controller ready for your next challenge? We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established business based in Glasgow. With a growing client portfolio, this is a temporary role with opportunity to go permanent.

We are looking to speak with candidates who have at least two years of experience in a credit control or collections environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Adhere to Credit Control procedures, driving team targets.
Resolve queries promptly and professionally.
Build strong customer relationships through effective communication.
Maintain accurate records and correspondence.
Lead and motivate a small team of Credit Controllers.
Meet and exceed KPIs.
Handle LBAs, writ proceedings, and high-value debts.
Process payments, reminders, and daily cash postings.
Reconcile client remittances and manage the legal tab on Debtor Tracker.
Follow up on missed or short payments.

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication skills
Proficiency in finance systems
Competency with Microsoft Excel
