The role itself is essential to the Residential Team's success. You will likely be a Newly Qualified lawyer to step into a fee-earning caseload and continue down the learning pathway into Leasehold Enfranchisement, which includes lease extensions, management enquiries, lease variations, and consents and notices then progressing to take on statutory lease extension and enfranchisement work. You would be working alongside the solicitors within the team and building up your caseload by taking on projects, providing client care to build long-lasting relationships, and introducing new business.
