Additionally, they have been recognised by Chambers as a 2023 Leading firm and have earned multiple professional accreditations due to the aforementioned success.
The firm operates out of 4 offices across the South and its workplace culture evokes a thoughtful, intuitive, and determined mindset to get to the centre of the client's needs whilst maintaining a professional and approachable demeanour that resonates throughout each legal professional. They work with a variety of clients from private individuals to large corporate organisations and charities that operate on a national and global scale.
The role itself is essential to the Residential Team's success. You will likely be a Newly Qualified lawyer to step into a fee-earning caseload and continue down the learning pathway into Leasehold Enfranchisement, which includes lease extensions, management enquiries, lease variations, and consents and notices then progressing to take on statutory lease extension and enfranchisement work. You would be working alongside the solicitors within the team and building up your caseload by taking on projects, providing client care to build long-lasting relationships, and introducing new business.
In return, you will receive a highly competitive salary and a desirable benefits package with hybrid working that fits your lifestyle.
If this sounds like it could be the role you've been waiting for, drop an email over or with your CV or interest and we can arrange a suitable time for a call.
Search is an equal opportunities recruiter and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age
