Minimum 4‑week assignment
Monday-Friday, 8am-5:30pm

We are looking for a confident and professional Temporary Receptionist to join a busy and friendly team in Gravesend. This is an immediate start role, ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and happy to support with day‑to‑day front‑of‑house and admin tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting visitors and ensuring they are signed in and directed correctly
Answering incoming calls and transferring them to the appropriate person
Monitoring the website inbox and forwarding emails to the correct department
Printing and preparing documents as required
Filing and general administrative support
Keeping the reception area presentable
Preparing and setting up meeting roomsWhat We're Looking For:
