Right now, they're on the lookout for confident, driven people to join the team as an outbound sales advisor - a role that combines sales, customer conversations and a genuinely healthy work-life balance.

What you'll be doing

As an outbound sales advisor, you'll be:

Calling existing customers to check their appliances are fully covered

Using your personality and sales skills to upsell relevant products

Building rapport and understanding each customer's needs

Matching customers with the protection package that works best for them

£24,500 basic salary plus OTE of £7,200 per year

What we're looking for

Proven experience in targeted sales

Ability to work independently (home-based experience is a plus)

Strong attention to detail and pride in getting things right first time

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

A calm, organised approach with the ability to multitask

Where you'll work

This is a remote role, so you'll need reliable broadband and a dedicated workspace at home.
Prefer office time? A brand-new, state-of-the-art office has just opened right next to Nottingham train station - come in as often as you like if you're local.

Your working hours

Monday-Thursday: 10:30-19:00

Friday: 09:00-17:30

Two 15-minute breaks plus a 30-minute lunch
