The Teaching Assistant Role:

Supporting class teachers with daily classroom activities
Working as a Teaching Assistant providing 1:1 support to pupils
Supporting pupils with SEND, including behavioural, ASD, ADHD, and SEMH needs
Assisting with small group interventions as a SEND Teaching Assistant
Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

What We're Looking For:

Experience as a Teaching Assistant, 1:1 Support Assistant, or SEND Teaching Assistant
A caring, patient, and proactive approach
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
A genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs
