Planners Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and coordinate all on-site and off-site transport operations

* Schedule and manage high-volume transport activity

* Liaise with drivers, clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth delivery

* Maintain full compliance with transport regulations and company policies

* Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to hit delivery KPIs

Planners’ requirements:

* Proven experience in transport or logistics planning (high-volume preferred)

* Excellent organizational and time-management skills

* Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure

* Proficiency with transport management systems (TMS) is a strong advantage

* A self-motivated team player who thrives in fast-paced settings
