Due to a recent contract win, we're currnetly looking for a site manager to run a new build extension project within a leisure environment.

The site manager will be required to manage this specialist extension project. Works will include groundworks , brickworks, M&E, steel work, joist works and some specialist roofing works too

The Site Manager will be responsible for -

Managing all sub contractors

Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained throughout the project

Carrying out inductions

Planning short to medium term programme

Organising materials via the inhouse team

Ideal certification -

Ideally have NVQ 7

CSCS card

First aid
