Tradewind Recruitment: Full-time Cover Supervisor

Located in Liverpool, Tradewind Recruitment is actively seeking an experienced cover supervisor to make a positive impact on secondary education. As a crucial member of the team, the successful candidate will deliver engaging and effective lessons, helping to provide targeted support to students with varying abilities to ensure their individual learning needs are met. The role involves implementing effective behaviour management strategies to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, as well as assisting in the organisation and preparation of learning materials for a dynamic educational setting. Maintaining transparent communication with teachers, parents, and stakeholders is integral to supporting the overall development of students.

To qualify, candidates must:

Possess relevant experience as a cover supervisor in schools
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a school setting
Adaptability to different classroom settings, effective collaboration with teaching staff and support professionals
A current Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checkare essential requirements.
