Property Administrator
£15 per hour
28 hours per week
Location: Ockley (commutable by car)
We are seeking a reliable and highly organised Property Administrator to support the day-to-day running of a busy rural estate. This is a varied, hands-on role requiring excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
First point of contact for tenant enquiries and contractor coordination.
Schedule and oversee property maintenance, repairs, and service checks.
Manage property inspections and ensure accurate reporting.
Support refurbishment and improvement projects across residential and commercial properties.
Prepare documents for rent reviews, lease updates, and compliance matters.
Liaise with external contractors, utility providers, and estate workers.
Maintain accurate property records and digital filing systems.
General administration support to the estate team, including invoice checking and occasional errands.
Requirements:
Previous experience in property, facilities, or office administration preferred.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic property management software.
Proactive, trustworthy, and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
