Document Controller.

A rare opportunity to join the design team of a busy and very successful contractor in Hertfordshire

Business is good for our client. They work across a range of sectors including healthcare, residential, mixed use, commercial and sports and leisure sectors on multimillion pound schemes

Staff turnover is low throughout the company and the business in financially strong.

You will be working from their head office in Hitchin, Hertfordshire. The office is open plan, and the team are skilled and friendly

The Role – Document Controller.

You will enjoy a collaborative working environment within a Pre-construction team of 8

In a nutshell you will manage the design and folders, issuing information to consultants and specialists and getting approval back and logged.

Duties will include:

·Controlling company and project documentation
·Following and improving document control procedures
·Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards
·Sorting, storing and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents on behalf of clients and industry professionals
·Producing document progress reports for senior managers
·Conducting regular reviews
·
Working hours 9.00am – 5.30pm

The right person

You will have experience working as a Document Controller in the construction industry.

£28-35,000 D.O.E + 24 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension, discretionary bonus, Career progression, good social side to the job
