Key responsibilities:

Manage and develop long-term relationships with key clients

Act as the main point of contact, ensuring clients feel supported and valued

Identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships and deliver added value

Work closely with internal teams to provide tailored solutions

Keep clients informed about new products, services, and initiatives

Provide feedback and insights to help shape business strategy

Ensure client needs are consistently met while contributing to company growth

Candidate requirements:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in account management or even client-facing roles

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proactive and solutions-focused with a natural curiosity

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable working collaboratively while taking ownership of results
