Calling all Modular Build Site Managers!!!

On the back of a major national framework win, one of our top Modular Build Main Contractor clients is in hiring mode!!!

- Are you a No.1 Site Manager with good Modular Build project experience?
- Do you have full project lifecycle experience, groundworks / install / fit out?
- Is clent liaison a real strength of yours?

If so, Build Space has the perfect Site Manager role for you!!!

Site Manager roles & responsibilities:

- Subcontractor management
- Programme management
- Quality Control
- Maintaining highest H&S standards
- Daily / weekly reporting

Site Manager experience required:

- Minimum 5 years Site Manager experience
- Good Modular Build experience
- Trade background preferred
- CSCS Black, First Aid, SMSTS certified
- Excellent communication skills - written & spoken
