Key responsibilities
• Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis
• Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities
• Helping manage behaviour and encouraging student engagement
• Working closely with SENCO and external specialists
• Contributing to a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment

About you
• Previous experience with SEN is a bonus, but not essential
• A calm, resilient and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
