Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Partner & Group Bookings Co-ordinator to manage and co-ordinate group bookings and partnerships. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling reservations, managing partner relationships, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams. This role plays a key part in delivering excellent service and ensuring a smooth booking experience for groups and partners. Job Duties
Coordinate group bookings from initial inquiry to post-booking follow-up, ensuring all details are accurately recorded and communicated.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and group clients, addressing questions, requests, and special requirements.
Collaborate with internal departments, such as Operations, Marketing and Holiday Sales to ensure all arrangements are in place for group arrivals.
Manage contracts, payment processing, and confirmation details for group bookings, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Track and monitor booking trends, identifying opportunities to optimise and grow group sales.
Prepare and deliver regular reports on group and partner booking metrics to the Yield Manager.
Assist in the development of promotional materials and presentations to support partnership initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of partner agreements and ensure timely follow-up on renewals and feedback.
Also attending in person events outside of working hours. Qualifications
In lieu of the above education requirements, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Previous experience in a reservations, sales, or customer service role, ideally within hospitality or travel.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer and guest-centric approach.
Proficiency in reservation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Good general standard of literacy, numeracy, and IT skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Positive, proactive attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional service to partners and group clients.
