In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, driving preventative maintenance systems, managing external service providers, and supporting production efficiency through strategic improvements and day-to-day troubleshooting.

This position is crucial in supporting operational excellence and upholding high safety and performance standards and you will take ownership of your maintenance operations and lead a small but capable team

What You’ll Do:

* Manage preventative and reactive maintenance schedules

* Ensure compliance with H&S standards

* Oversee third-party contractors and manage spare parts inventory

* Lead and develop a team of technicians and apprentices

What You’ll Need:

* Electro-mechanical qualifications

* Strong troubleshooting, organisation & team management skills

* Experience with CNC/manual machines & maintenance systems
