Role: Teaching Assistant
Location: Newark, Nottinghamshire

Contract: Flexible temporary roles (day-to-day, short-term and long-term)
Salary: £90-£105 per day (depending on experience, role and/or qualifications)

About the role

You’ll be someone who brings patience, empathy, and enthusiasm into the classroom, supporting learning, encouraging independence, and helping every child feel seen and valued. With no two days are the same your impact will be felt.

What you will need:

* Experience supporting children in a school, nursery, or education-based setting

* A kind, confident, and calm approach — with a genuine passion for helping pupils succeed

* The ability to follow a teacher’s lead while using your initiative to support individuals and small groups

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* A flexible and proactive attitude, ready to step into different classrooms and year groups

* Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable
