Role Overview:

Position: Pharmacist Manager

Location: Frampton Cotterell, Bristol

Hours: Full-time – Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (1-hour lunch break, no weekends)

Contracted Hours: 40 hours per week

Pharmacy Profile:

Monthly Prescription Volume: 6,500 items – excellent potential for service development

Team Structure: Experienced support team including 2 Dispensers and a full-time Counter Assistant

Additional Notes: No MDS or care home services, low volume of deliveries

Setting: Picturesque village location with a loyal community patient base

Salary & Benefits:

Hourly Rate: £23 – £30 per hour (DOE) PAYE and Self-Employed earning option + service bonus

Annual Leave: 5 weeks + bank holidays
