What We're Looking For:

A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)

Experience supporting children with SEN (e.g., autism, ADHD, speech & language needs)

A caring, adaptable, and patient approach to learning support

Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
