We are currently seeking a proactive Production Operative to join our clients team, based at Lillyhall.

Position: Production/Manufacturing Operative

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 am - 3:30 pm

Rate: Starting at £12.21 per hour, with potential for increase based on performance

Key Responsibilities:

Operating machinery to produce high-quality products
Monitoring production processes and ensuring efficiency
Conducting quality checks on finished goods
Assisting with routine maintenance tasks

Requirements:

Previous experience in machine operation or production preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Willingness to learn and adapt
