We are seeking dedicated and efficient Order Pickers to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing orders for shipment while ensuring the highest standards of quality control. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to safety.
This is late shift working the hours - Monday to Friday

12:30 - 8:30pm / Mon-Wed
1pm - 8:30pm / Thursday
1pm - 7pm / Friday Duties

Efficiently pick and pack orders according to specifications using a warehouse management system.
Load and unload goods from lorries, ensuring proper handling and storage of materials.
Conduct quality control checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before dispatch.
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively as required.
Maintain an organised workspace, ensuring that all materials are stored correctly and safely.
Assist in inventory management by reporting discrepancies or issues with stock levels.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
Perform heavy lifting as necessary while adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications

Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred, particularly in order picking or packing roles.
Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes is advantageous.
Strong mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment operation is beneficial.
Ability to handle materials safely, including performing heavy lifting tasks (up to 25 kg).
Experience with warehouse management systems is desirable for efficient order processing.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills are essential for maintaining accuracy in order fulfilment.
