Job Title: Customer Service Advisor – Enclosed Garden Service
Salary: £13.69 P/H PAYE (inclusive of holiday pay) | £15.66 LTD Umbrella
Hours: 18.50 hours per week (Split between Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)

We are looking for a proactive and organised Customer Service Advisor to temporarily support our Enclosed Garden Service within the Housing Management team. This is an essential role focused on helping maintain the smooth operation of the garden service and providing excellent customer support during a critical period.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer incoming telephone calls and provide outstanding customer service
Monitor the dedicated mailbox and respond to garden service queries
Process garden service payments accurately and efficiently
Maintain up-to-date records using bespoke IT systems and Microsoft Office
Provide administrative support related to low-level arrears management
Assist with general customer enquiries relating to the garden service
Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure a seamless service
Qualifications and Experience:
Strong understanding of customer care principles
Confident handling enquiries over the phone, by email, and face to face
Experience managing and inputting data in IT systems and Microsoft Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
