Are you an experienced project manager, looking to bring your expertise into an existing team?

A housing association im working with, is looking for a motivated individual to come join there team on a 12 month contract with possible extension.

What they need you to do.

* Manage all planned works and cyclical works, and help minimise exposure of both financial and health and safety risks.

* Ensure that both large- and small-scale projects, are met to approved budgets.

* Help impact the vision, missions, and influence on all aspects of the business.

Skills to bring to the team.

* Be a confident and independant problem solver.

* Have a full valid driving license.

* Excellent Verbal and written communication
