Do you live in Hertford, Hertfordshire, or surrounding areas? If so we're looking for you to start As soon as possible and the role is Long-term, permanent working and supporting Year 2 and Year 6 pupils.
Role:
As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting two students with ASD, ADHD, and challenging behaviours. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing tailored support to meet individual learning needs
Implementing strategies to manage and reduce challenging behaviours
Assisting with the development of social skills and emotional regulation
Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to create an inclusive learning environment
Monitoring and reporting on student progress
Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience working with children with ASD, ADHD, and challenging behaviours
Holds relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, Team Teach, or similar)
Demonstrates patience, empathy, and resilience
Is adaptable and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment
Holds a current DBS check or is willing to obtain one
