Quality Engineer - ISO 9001:2015

Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 per year

Hours: Mon - Fri 8am - 4.30pm

Are you a proactive Quality Engineer with practical experience and a solid understanding of ISO 9001:2015? Join a well-established Automotive Engineering Manufacturer, where you'll play a key role in managing and enhancing our Quality Management System (QMS) while driving continuous improvement across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Audit and ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards
Maintain and update the QMS with incidents, corrective actions, and improvements
Conduct quality inspections of parts using a range of gauging tools
Monitor and update Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Analyse technical documentation and engineering drawings
Support and implement training procedures and processes
Collaborate closely with operators and be willing to take a hands-on approach on the shop floorRequirements:

Experience auditing systems to ISO 9001:2015 standards
Solid background in Quality Management Systems and testing methodologies
Strong understanding of CNC Turning & Milling processes
Familiarity with technical documentation and engineering drawings
Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset
Willingness to work directly with production staff and support day-to-day operations
