Year 1/2 1:1 Teaching Assistant - Wallasey, Wirral

Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking a dedicated and resilient Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with a pupil in a Year 1/2 class at a primary school in Wallasey, Wirral.

This is a full-time role, starting ASAP and continuing for the remainder of the academic year. The successful candidate will provide tailored support to a pupil who can become dysregulated, helping them to remain engaged in learning, manage emotions positively, and feel safe and supported in the classroom environment.

The ideal candidate will be patient, calm under pressure, and experienced in supporting children with additional behavioural or emotional needs. A nurturing and proactive approach is essential for this role.
