Senior Support Worker - SE27
Pay: £14.50/hr + £50 sleep-in | Full-Time | 1 on / 2 off, 3-week rolling rota

Join a new, high-spec children's home with a reputable, Ofsted-regulated provider. We're seeking a passionate Senior Support Worker with NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People or Residential Childcare to lead and support high-quality care for children and young people, especially those who have experienced trauma.

Key Responsibilities:

Mentor and support junior staff

Provide care, guidance, and emotional support to young people

Oversee daily routines, life skills, and recreational activities

Promote positive behaviour and independence

Maintain records and ensure regulatory compliance

Work closely with colleagues, families, and professionals

NVQ Level 3 (essential)
